Every Alivemall mattress comes with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty duration varies by model – please refer to the individual product page for exact coverage information.

To keep your mattress warranty valid:

– Mattress must be sanitary and free of stains
– Use a high-quality mattress protector
– Rotatethe mattress every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then every 3 months after

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

The following issues are not covered under our warranty:

Normal wear and tear
– Includes softening foam, body impressions, fabric fading, or pilling due to daily use
User-inflicted damage
– Rips, spills, stains, pet damage, moving-related damage, or jumping on the mattress
Comfort preferences
– Dissatisfaction with firmness level, height, feel, motion transfer, or comfort-related issues like back pain
Body signatures
– Minor indentations from use are normal and not considered defects
